Women in politics:
Don Boudreaux has a suggestion as to why there’s so few women in politics over at Cafe Hayek. He suggests women are (in general) more decent than men and have less interest in lording it over others and are less willing to stoop to the level of political games to win office.
Personally I think this is complimentary towards women (except female politicians). I don’t think it explains the entire gap - there is still a large amount of prejudice, but it may explain some of it.

This is really nothing more than vague speculation. I don’t see any reason to lend it crecedence.
Stereotyping and sweeping generalisations are undersirable regardless of if someone views them as complimentary or not. Indeed, I would have thought you would call it some form of collectivist claptrap…
