US Candidate selector:

Its been doing the rounds so I had a go (find it here).

Like many LibDems the unheard of Democratic former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel came top, with 75.44% match and second is Ron Paul with a 74.56% match (the big difference there would be abortion I think - Ron Paul is anti-abortion, but believes it should be a state based matter not a federal one - which is at least consistent with his views).

Scarily McCain comes fourth, but only on 59.65%.

Hillary Clinton comes in the bottom league with 35.09% (she’s no liberal, as I keep on telling people - I’m terrified of what she’d do with Patriot and the increased presidential power…). Mitt Romney comes bottom with 24.56%.

The other main candidates are all clustered around 40%, mirroring my mild dislike of most of them…

I do wonder about the quiz though, as the composite candidate is massively in favour of Mike Gravel, who nobody seems to have heard of…
