A new liberal and libertarian site

After Libertarian Home went to wherever it is websites go to die its creator, Alex Singleton, thought a bit about it. It was popular, but required too much time to manage.
In response he’s come up with Spontaneous Order which is based upon the popular site Digg.

Rather than a top down approach this relies on people to submit articles on the internet which are voted on by the users and then published on the front page once they have enough votes.
It relies on self interest to get content and on spontaneous order through voluntary cooperation to promote the better articles to the front page. A great example of liberal market principles at work.

  1. Cheers for the plug.

  2. Old websites do not die.

They just hide in the corner of a server, somewhere, waiting to be found.
