Technogy has to be carrried out with care. But mostly the problems occur when used on a big scale and by commercial entreprises. I am not against private enterprise only the bigness, only excess profit. Commiunty projects are a much more efficent way of using technology and are the most efficent at using money since they are non profit making, or low profit making. Also the technology they chose is appropiate to the need of the region they are used in.
